2.5 men is a business it caters for the masses. It's there to make money. It was never a good show, cheesy lines, one of the worst laugh track on television. To be honest it's nearly unwatchable. “Show by men for men” - it's more a show for a certain calibre of man.

That show was always shit. It might've as well been called "Don't Go There" or "Talk to the Hand".

Network TV (and honestly most TV in general) is, quite literally, made for 30+ women and gay men.

I liked the show in its early series. It really was red pill versus blue. Alan the beta gettkng divorced raped by his two ex wives and Charlie cruising through life. One of the themes was who was going to have the most influence on Jake, the beta father or the alpha uncle. In the end i think it was the former. Look an interesting affirmation of the red pill is to simply ask anyone which character they liked more: Alan or Charlie. We all liked Charlie Harper, esp. the female fans of the show. The show did increasingly go off the railes, even before Charlie left the show, maybe because of the female demand for softer male characters, but perhaps simply because the writers ran out of alpha v beta jokes.

Just watch Anger Management, Charlie Sheens new show, It's basically all the same stuff sleeping around with multiple women a lot of Redpill antics.

Still has some humour behind it. Even tho it has token gay guy, old guy, dumb slut, and dumb guy in his therapy group.

No, actually, Alan just inadvertently revealed to his current girlfriend (who's the sister of the guy that's currently engaged to Alan's ex, Lindsay. Alan became friends with him when he wanted to find out who he was and created the persona of Jeff Strongman) that he isn't Jeff Strongman but Alan Harper. She's now pursuing a relationship with Alan, rather than the made up persona of Jeff.

If you're going to make a claim about the show, at least make sure you're up to the current episode.

I know a lot of women liked this show when it still starred Charlie Sheen. While the people who made the show would be the hardest in pushing their goody two shoes politically correct agenda, they certainly know how to milk those primitive urges to get ratings.

I actually can't tell when the change happened. I agree with you wholeheartedly, because the early episodes of the show are hilarious. But somewhere along the line, it became mainstream (?) and Charlie got neutered. All of his schemes started backfiring, and then didn't he get engaged? I don't know, I stopped watching when it stopped being OK for him to be a lecherous, poon-chasing drunk. Which Charlie Harper/Sheen was perfect for, IMO. It also started getting dumb that the brother who needed a place to crash was still there several years later. Here, have ten grand, and get the fuck out of my guest room.

I'm not watching Kelso Wins The Lottery. Nope. Not gonna do it. Wouldn't be prudent ... not at this juncture.
