im in a similar place bro. just work on yourself mentally. i had a hot streak in october. felt great about myself and the rest followed. but i let it get to my head, lost focus on myself and bam right back where i was. dont worry about how to flirt or what to do because that stuff comes naturally. it can’t be forced unless you’re some a1 pick up artist, which you’re not. its all about mentality. and girls will notice it. its crazy.

Fellow attractive guy here, here's a big one that took a while for me to figure out; girls tend to not trust good-looking guys.

It's true. I've experienced it, my friends (the girls) talk about it, and I see it all the time. Handsome guys are a scary subject for most women. I guess a lot of lookers have taken their attention for granted. I'm not exactly sure why this is the case.

That being said, you've just got to be nice and cool. As long as you're a good person and not creepy, women in proximity to you will warm up to you. I think its key that, when you're a handsome guy, you don't "hit on" women in your group of acquaintances. Strangers are fine. But in my personal experience, it's best to have no expectations and to be a friend to everyone, that's when you gain trust that you aren't a creeper. You can flirt, tease, all that stuff, just not any serious "can I get your number?" or anything. Just let your body language do all the talking when it comes to that. Like "I can be sexual but choose not to"

Hope that makes sense. You've basically got to show that you're a catch by playing friendly hard-to-get, while simultaneously using your body language to show you're capable of rocking a lady's world

Sounds harsh but try it, and in a few weeks you'll thank me

I know the feeling..have the potential but clueless on how to use it to your advantage and escalate. My mom's friend is married and tells my mom she thinks I'm hot and that she checks me out at the gym.

You don't really have to worry about saying the right things but how you say them. Touch & eye contact is way more important then words.

Learn to think something and say it immediately. The only thing you're missing is improvisational skills. Listen to comedian podcasts get a feel for how they get honest about a topic and explain it from different angles. And then listen to how they move the conversation along by being reminded by something that was said by someone else or themselves. Learn also to retain attention for a looong time, listening to audio books helped me alot in this respect, by visualizing in my head as quickly as I'm listening to it. I can remember something that a girl mentioned an hour ago, and that gives her an amazing impression that you're actually listening to her. Get a feel for seeing the humor of things. You should feel like you're point out shit a laughing at it like the most sober drunkard ever. So 3 things: -Improvise stuff that pops in your head and jump from topic to topic. -learn to retain attention. -Exercise your funniness, humor is a muscle get swoll!

OK, so you've lucked out in having people attracted to you. Now, consider what you want to get out of these interactions. Do you want to have casual sex? Do you want to look for a relationship? Do you just want to get practice talking to attractive women and flirting with them so that you can build your skills? Think about this hard. What are your ideal characteristics (physical, intellectual, emotional, cultural) in a woman?

Work on verbal confidence (usual recommendations: Toastmasters, improv comedy, doing social things where you have to interact with a lot of people). Think about why your interests 'don't resonate with most people'--is it because you're timid and awkward expressing them, are you just hanging out with the kinds of people you don't have much in common with, are you picking the wrong things to start conversations with (there are some topics that are totally fine to bring up even a couple hours into knowing someone, but really bad to lead off with).

It's all knowledge, it's all learnable, and anyone can improve. 'Shy, introverted, and conservative' are all subject to self-revision.
