tshirt pull or stretch, continuous eye contact, raising hairs with her fingers or hands,. if these signs are there, I dont direct approach, I keep eye contact, short smile that dosent seems like a smile, but the girl knows I am interested to talk to her. After few seconds I wait near street. If girl wants to talk to me most of the time they will wait near by, eye contact again, then I approach her and say hi, this is the best and safest way to approach. This worked for me 80% of times. When not to approach, If there is no eye contact, if girl looks down or away, It is best not to approach to avoid rejection. Maybe she dosent wants to talk to u or she is tired.

Smile. If she smiles back approach. If she doesn't approach at your own risk. If she is blatantly staring at you. Women have more rods than men in their eyes which make them better at peripheral vision, so they can see you without turning to look. If you see her looking at you, she wants to talk to you. I’d say if she’s not obviously eye fucking you then don’t. There’s not much margin for any other signs to be displayed if you’re just on the street
