Quit almost 2 months ago. I am more full of life and happier. I have become much more creative and well organized than before. Women look more beautiful. I have learned to establish self-discipline and to focus on my goals in life. Overall, it's made me a better person.

It's a double edged sword to me.

On one hand I have more energy, more drive and confidence to do everything and anything.

On the other hand, being horny isn't fun in the slightest. Especially when you can't do anything with it.

Didn't masturbate for about 190 days from late 2016 to 2017. Also stopped porn then. Now I'm masturbating again but strictly without porn. I'm also trying to only masturbate every few days.

Notable changes are that I'm no longer nervous about my browser history and my tissue usage has gone down. That's all that has changed.

Still trying to get over it. What was a multiple a day ordeal has become once every few days, with streaks getting longer.

I'm horny all the time, and my focus for that energy is outward not inward, and I am seeing that energy come back. I'm more open to connect with people, sexual or other wise, and I just in general feel more attractive.

But really horny all the time and not used it makes me uncomfortable a lot.

I used to masturbate every night and now I hardly do it once per week, every once and a while I don't for a few weeks. I don't necessarily feel like it changed anything significantly. A lot of things have been changing in my life recently so I can't really correlate anything to reducing frequency of masturbation. But I do notice I last longer during sex.

Quit porn and reduced masturbation shortly after new years eve.

Then early in the year I met my current girlfriend thus even less masturbation. Probably unrelated... tho it felt like I really wanted it to happen with her whereas before I would have not been that determined.

I've quit porn before and don't believe all the hype but I will say the good thing is it makes you hungrier and when you do get laid it's like a double whammy of the sex itself and also seeing sexual imagery that you've deprived yourself. So if you think of the 'rush' you get from seeing porn after a long time not, you are saving that feeling for actual sex which is great.

More energy, better focus on other things during the day. Although like others have said before, hornier and more attracted to women in real life. Maybe it could just be me but I have more of an urge to get out and meet women at bars, clubs or other venues.

It is not just about abstaining but releasing the emotional need for it that really changes your life. It is not easy but definitely worth as you just feel more alive and the way you should feel. Porn and masturbating is almost an unnoticed poison drip if you still do it.

It gave me a chance to look at myself in the mirror and ask myself where am I right now and where do I want to be? When you jerk it all the time like i was, you really dont care about those things as much. Its not until your forced to sit down and actually ask yourself what are you going to do with this time?

This is the my second year fight against porn and sleeping around too much. Lots of benefits, more energy, better focus and emotions, less time wasted late at night pulling girls to your place and been sleep deprived the next day...and so on. On the negative sides. Blue balls like crazy and after a year of very little sex and masturbation with my longest streak of about 45/50 days I got prostatitis. That I am 100% sure it has to do with the no ejaculation for such a long time. So now I am trying to get laid at least once a week and looking for a gfriend. I don't think its healthy not to ejaculate for long periods. Once your hit puberty your body is naturally made to have sex, so you should, with moderation.
