So I'm really, really not in the mood to go on dates. Back when I was single 3 years ago I went on so many fucking dates until it made me feel empty. I had a girlfriend for 2.5 years but we broke up recently and I'm not sad, but I don't want to date anybody right now. I want to improve myself and I want to improve a lot. I want to be confident, I want to be excellent to strangers and actually WANT to meet people. Somewhere in my life I stopped wanting to meet people and if people spoke to me, although I didn't feel awkward, I just didn't want to continue talking to them because I lost my faith in peoples social abilities. I always felt like I was leading conversations and I got sick of it so I stopped wanting to talk to people altogether.

So, my main question is, if not dating, what do you guys do to improve yourselves? I already hit the gym and have been hitting it for over 7 years. I'm in great shape and will continue to be. I'm not sure what else to do. I wanted to travel more to kind of "make myself more interesting" and I did a bit, but it's really costly so not viable for a 22 y/o student like me. I'm just a bit lost and although I'm young I feel like I'm wasting so much time, although my 2.5 year relationship probably did help me to understand myself a lot more so I don't consider that a waste of time, but I DID forget to improve myself while I got super comfortable.

Anyway, I'm rambling. What do you guys do to improve yourselves?
