If you need background information on me, I have plenty to dig through.

I had an 8 AM class this morning that I have to rush to after my workout. I have to go upstairs to the bathroom to change and then run to class, so I put my clothes in my backpack and do this. Then it's just me and this girl waiting for the elevator to go up.

With my typical bitch-assed shyness, I do the typical look around, pretend not to pay attention thing. What am I supposed to say to this girl? Coincidentally our classes ended at the same tome, and she takes the elevator down again. She smiles when I run into her again, we stand there for 30 seconds and I say absolutely nothing.

Another girl from my class comes into the elevator and points out that her backpack was open (that's happened to me). Had I payed attention I could have said this!!!

My lack of confidence in who I am as a person, physical shape and characteristics, distrust of women, insecurity of being a 22 year old virgin, ADHD and social anxiety combine to form a cacophony of instability. In turn I miss so many chances out of fear and resentment.

If anyone can give pointers or advice, please do. I would've gone to r/Dating_Advice but they have no idea what they're talking about. They can't help someone that is uncomfortable in their own skin.
