This has been discussed a few times in this sub, but I wanted to bring it back up and reiterate. Dating is very important when it comes to getting to know a girl and make her feel more comfortable around you. The days of a date to the movies, or out to eat on a first date are obsolete. These dates are good further down the line, but not for first dates and first impressions, it's important to separate yourself from the pack. Women are very emotional and love to share their experiences with their friends.

When women share their stories they spare no details. Let me try to paint the picture with an example. Ask a guy friend what happened today. He will most likely say this happened, then that happened. When you ask a woman what happened today she will spare no details this happened with that person at this place, so forth and so on. She'll tell you how it made her all feel. For the first date, you want to give her something to talk about, give her a new experience and make her feel more emotions.

Some good examples for the first date are concerts, comedy shows, or something that involves something competitive. Laser tag, mini golf, and bowling are some good first dates that can be competitive and fun. Imagine you take local concerts, or to see some upcoming artists, think about much that experience can you leave you to talk about. "The first guy was amazing" "the second group was bad, all they did was scream" She will want to share this experience with her friends which sounds better than we went to a place we ate, had decent conversations and went home.

Your dates will greatly improve once you stop just trying to "get to know her" make sure you both are doing something you enjoy and make it an experience, not just a date. This will lead her to want to see if you more if she has a great time and a better chance of getting a second date.

disclaimer: I always have to put these at the end of posts. Many guys in this sub look for the answers and think they will solve their problems with small changes. Women are extremely complex. Women can have an amazing time on a date and still not be turned on or "feel a spark."Women can be on a date with you and ready to leave as soon as you meet up and looking for excuses to leave. They can be difficult to read and lack the maturity/communication skills to explain what they are feeling and why. Don't get discouraged, focus on enjoying yourself and not going out of your way to impress her.
