I posted this earlier but this is a really comprehensive guide on EVERYTHING you need to know about tinder. Basically, once your profile is really up to snuff, and you position yourself in a good area (sorry a rural midwest USA town isn't going to be great for this stuff) you just need to be chill in the DMs and focus on moving the chat off tinder.

Where I live (rural europe) tinder is a complete waste of time and I honestly believe it is sorta a waste of time for most places as it is essentially made for women. Youre better off trying to meet gals in events, clubs and activities if you ask me, you dont have to worry about pictures that are 6 months old with 20kg less.

Yeah this isnt an answer but I really prefer to not use it or any dating app anymore as they usually just tank my self esteem since I havent had much success using it.

Unless youre committing on making really top notch photos, description and texting you are wasting your time Imho.

Find your own personal style and be congruent to that. I really like Jeffy but his style is not one I see myself adopting in any way. I like the way Madison does things as it's closer to who I am but I'm also finding my own way.

Love the process. Try things out and enjoy it, don't be results focused. This morning I read a girls profile on POF that lives in New York. It was pretty funny so I gave value by responding in kind to her. I don't expect anything in return especially since I live in Texas.

Just like cold opening with girls IRL go in and be interested. Do not hold high expectations. Be free from outcome. Yes you can find a canned line opener, but would you know what to do if she responded? The conversation is already open just go in and say something.

If you're busy like me you might also try getting on Whisper or go to chat rooms to practice your verbal game there. The goal here is to get her invested enough to give you a picture or a phone number (if she's real, lots of catfish and scammers so beware).

Here's the challenge though, get a picture or a phone number without ever asking for it. The best way is to give value without expectations. Again you're being free from outcomes.

On tinder I find some kinda joke or comment about something on their profile works best. Focus on making the opener unique, intriguing, and personalized

Don't use piece of shit aps. Girls need to see your behavior in real life to judge you. Having good sub communication and body language is something you can't show on Tinder. I had a beautiful Asian look at me the other day also and another girl grind on me Saturday in public. Don't ask. The more you practice you're sub-communication the better you get with seduction. Girls get turned on by someone exhibits these traits in their character.

You're kind of asking the wrong question, if you're spending much time trying to figure out Tinder.

Seduction is a social thing. You're interacting with another person to get to something you want, like a relationship or sex or whatever. Tinder is an app that people use to broker an in-person meet where they can then interact with someone.

There are so many factors involved that trying to nitpick it is largely pointless. Everyone has to deal with a lot of crap on dating apps. Trying to "maximize your results" on an app is a waste of time. These apps are mostly useful only to complement whatever real world things someone is doing. Sure, download it and flip through it every so often. But you SHOULD be creating a social life that puts you around enough new people that you aren't living and dying over whether Tinder matches are panning out.

While I feel this is good, I believe that maybe this line is basically needy.

Since Tinder is anonymous and you're unable to truly see the reaction someone has to a message, it's impossible to say how someone would react to such a message. One girl might think that it's cheesy or needy as fuck. Another might be insecure as fuck and turned on by someone offering such a douchey line.

A lot of things "work." The question is not whether it works. It's often whether you want what you'd be attracting into your life by doing that particular thing.

Honestly, it's arguable that a lot of guys here might not want a girl who'd go for such a line, because of what that says about her personality, sensibilities, taste, or common sense.

No, personalizing a comment doesn't take a lot of mental energy unless you're over-complicating it.

Picking something out about the pics she chose, should be easy, unless she's an idiot, in which case, she's not worth the time.
- She ought to have pics with friends in them or some sort of location that could be commented on or asked about.
If she doesn't have pics, why are you spending time on her at all? Swipe left.
She might have some text in her profile blerb, which could be commented on. If not, look at her photos.
Commenting on the weather is as good as any excuse to start a conversation.

It's all contrived anyway. You're all there to meet people to set up meets. Some girls will answer the lamest shit. Others won't answer the best composed shit. And there's no way to tell which is which, based on their profile. So it's not worth fussing over much.

Again, these are too unreliable to be basing your WHOLE approach on. If you don't have a social life without meets from dating apps, then you have a larger problem there.

I’ve had 100% response rate to that opener. It’s not very personalized though, but seeing a tinder profile that is personalized and not the same lines as every other girl isn’t that common. It even works on the unique ones.
