Okay let me start off by saying I'm flabbergasted at the amount of confusion regarding texting girls once you have their number. So here's a simplification that'll hopefully clear this confusion.

Firstly, know that if a girl gave you her number there's some sort of attraction.

Second, and the main message being conveyed: Texting is a tool; only use it to set and schedule dates. That is all; nothing more, nothing less. Everything else should occur during the date itself.

I've see guys spend hours texting a girl(risk that she may lose attraction) where I would just ask them to hangout on the second or third text. Be direct as much more efficient and effective.

I'm no expert but just what I've understood from experience.
