There's no one rule you have to see what works for you in each situation. Since you're 6'3 you could go with AMOG since you have the physical presence to intimidate other guys assuming you're not 140 lbs. Putting your arms around other guys like they're your younger brother could work.

I'd flip your train of thought rather... Surround yourself with people you want to be. Yeah they a successful? Yeah their good looking? Your peers are what you become. Law of attraction you are what you put out there.

I read and game the woman you want. Unless there is an immediate challenger, the other guys around don’t really matter, except that you should probably be hanging out with friends and wingmen who are supporting you.

If there is a challenger at a bar, party, or wherever, I wonder who is she most interested in? If the other guy isn’t already talking to her, then go and open right away. If things somehow end up in a mixed group conversation with both you, the girl and the challenger present, then show the most social poise (modern day leadership) and turn the topic of conversation to something that you know about and that can give you status in her eyes. For instance, if you know restaurants, then ask her what her favorite restaurant is.

I feel like the uncertainty you feel can be improved by knowing your game plan and how to handle what comes up, whether challengers, obstacles, friends of hers, logistics, etc. There are not too many surprises once you’ve learned enough game.

I noticed that in some of your comments you are asking specifically how to deal with male rivals while you are in a relationship. You should have added that in your post for clarity.

Anyway it’s never easy to deal with rivals who are good looking alphas. There are techniques to use in social situations that disarm pushy guys hitting on your gf, you can google it or watch YouTube videos that talk about that kind of stuff. Some of it works and some doesn’t but there are no silver bullets. Personally I would just focus on personal growth and being the best version of yourself you can be. If your at your absolute best and your girl still picks another guy over you I would just move on to greener pastures. Remember, for every no there is a yes out there waiting. If your tall and good looking it should be relatively easy to find women, there are literally billions of them on earth and tall and good looking is what the majority are looking for.

When I read things such as "should I amog, dominate, etc" I just cringe... This is a byproduct of men being confused by what masculinity is in the modern day and reading dumb stuff online that confuses them even more.
