What is the best way to respond to misandry? Without actually being sexist?

I hope this is the right place for this? But I want to know what is the right way to respond to misandry without responding with sexism back. Like it's shitty to hear generalizations of men but certainly I hope we wouldn't respond generalizations of women. Though I believe there is a double standard where the latter is seen as much more problematic but even then how do we properly combat misandry and the anti men rhetoric?

Edit: I'm just getting tired of all the demonization of men and I'm also sort of seeing how this is backfiring on women particularly how less favorable feminism is becoming btw I've never been a fan of feminism at my core I'm egalitarian. I don't want this to turn into a cycle of fighting fire with fire. I wish we could get along for once but maybe that's just not gonna happen.

Sorry one more edit. Also I have heard that our society does center women and does tend to favor women more but my thing is should any gender be favored over another? Or should we really be uplifting all genders and making sure all genders aren't getting screwed over. Okay I'm done now. All this gender stuff drives me a bit crazy. Just a bit.
