10 years and three days married. I served her the 18 of last month. No kids, no house. We rent , and have three cars. She is keeping two cars and the apartment. I paid for all the back taxes. We had a deal about it. I pay the electricity, gaz and internet. She had to pay $250 for the back taxes from 2018. She forgot for the first 2 years to declare me on the taxes. So we had an audit and had to pay 10k. She didn’t pay for a long time and we had so much interest to pay. Anyway I paid everything. No lawyer from my part. I did fill the divorce alone. She is a raging bad looking for fight alcoholic. I did install cameras in the house. I got tons of videos with her trying to fight me under the influence. She is working. Make around 60k a year and I make 80k a year. She just asked me for mediation. Knowing she is not going to answer me at the court. Should I go for a default? I’m in California btw. What can she ask me? English is not my first language. Please indulge me.
