Packed my shit and left my abusive border personality disorder wife today. Long story short she's a liar, a cheater, a manipulator, and abusive person.

We've been married just over two years. All the red flags were there and I just overlooked them like an idiot. Found out she was cheating a few weeks ago and planned my exit. It was hard but I pulled the bandaid off today after she was just a huge bitch all day for no reason.

I went home and in the advice of my lawyer took all my stuff and half of our savings, around 15k. Called my friend for help and I'm literally on his futon. I'm 43 btw and he's 25 lol

She's being her typical selfish/abusive self and threatening to kill herself.

The futon is uncomfortable. I have no idea where I'm going from here but I need an apartment asap. The important thing though is I am free. I feel like Braveheart "freedom!!!".

FWIW we have no kids, no assets worth fighting over. It's a clean break unless she wants a fight of which my attorney assured me would be an easy win.
