No it's never too late. Don't worry about bullshit like that. Keep working on yourself, be social, talk to women, stay open minded.

You need to put effort into being someone women want to be with. Your career path is a good start towards that, but it's not enough.

Live life for yourself first and foremost. Find a hobby or two, preferably ones that help you meet people in some way. Make a friend or two if you don't have any so you have some support and you're not alone.

And of course go to places where women are and talk to them. Get on dating apps and learn how to use them. Put yourself out there. If you want to meet women you need to put effort into it.

But it's never too late. Don't fill your head with garbage like SMV and peak age ranges. You can learn some good basic strategies from some dating coaches, but anyone preaching that kind of nonsense is full of shit IMO. I'm well past 30, and back in my 20s I could only dream about some of my recent dates and the kind of women I attract now.

30 is basically the start of when men enter their dating prime nowadays especially with lifespans getting longer and longer and with so many men in their 20's nowadays living at home, figuring out life, still very early in their careers and not making tons of money, lacking social skills, scared shitless to approach women in public etc.

30-35 is basically the new 25 as long as you're constantly improving yourself, staying in shape, growing in your career and making money, improving your looks, style, fashion, etc.

I've just turned 30 myself and every aspect of my life has improved vastly in the last couple years. Still working on fitness, but you know, it's all a journey.

For seduction specifically? I used to barely ever pull medium cute girls at the top of my games. Now I've had nights, FWBs, and even relationships with absolutely lovely, attractive, awesome girls.

All I really changed was my fashion and my attitude man. Guarantee it's not "too late" no matter what you look like, but you could always try to get in better shape, it does help.

Also, I know several men pushing 40 or over it, with girlfriends or even wives who are under 30 and had a million options. Because they figured their shit out, built a good life, and a wonderful girl wanted to join that.

Build a life you would want to join if you were the girl you wanted. That's the hard part. You have plenty of time to do it.

Build a social network. And max out your looks. For me that was cutting out alcohol, weed, tobacco, and switching to only whole foods. I feel and look amazing. Looking amazing is only half of it. Feeling amazing makes your personality amazing lol.

Work out. Putting on muscle takes time but its all good you still have it. Build a social network in the gym. Briefly say hi to dudes working out there, ask for spots, ask the guys how their days went. In a matter of six months if you go at the same time everyone will be your friend and theyll start inviting you to do stuff. People love to talk about themselves so ask people about their lives. Keep it brief in the beginning. Women WILL notice if youre a super popular guy at the gym. Then once youve made a bunch of dude friends start doing the same process but with the women. Theyll be at ease because they know youre not there to hit on them. And dont. At least not at first.

I get more girls in my 30s than 20s, I get hot girls in their early 20s….but I am successful. Focus on getting in the best shape of your life and making as much money as possible. Thats what it always came down to, forget all the other nonsense.

Your dating options are limited by your age looks , and income but that's just life . You connect with people on similar life paths .

I think you should try to look good if you can but otherwise your best bet is to be upfront with women about where you're at in life and let them decide. Some women don't mind dating a broke person that's ambitious and knows what they want .

SMV is subjective tho . What does a high smv for a male mean to you ? What does high or low smv for a female mean to you?

I'm 33 now and recently got back into shape... I get WAAAAY more attention now from women (all ages) than I did in what I used to think was my prime of my early early 20s. I was out of shape for a while from depression so coming back to being fit and sexy again feels like I got a decade of life back.
