We bought a house a couple years ago and she paid for the payments the first year. We borrowed from her parents to make a down payment. She left (demanded divorce) about one year ago and the house has since been paid for through a joint account. She has not contributed to the joint account since Nov 2023. My check is directly deposited and the house payment automatically taken by the bank. I've remained in the house through these trying times. Anyway, what would the judge likely do in this situation? I'm including a screenshot of a spreadsheet I'm putting together. I'd appreciate any advice.
