Casual question. What do you think about going out to get girl after masturbating vs without masturbating?

It seems both ways have their point of strength and their weaknesses: - Being full can make you more motivated (i.e. horny) and potentially you're going to be more willing to interact with a woman, on the other hand, you can result as desperate or a try-hard; - Being empty can make you more relaxed, but potentially less willing to risk for interaction, what's more I read on a lot of PUA stuff that girls seems to have some sort of "radar" that make them dislike guys who masturbate (which can as well be another way to say you lack motivation)

What are your thoughts and experiences about that?
