Two months post divorce and she’s saying we need to discuss extending alimony. She got the divorce she asked for with 2.5 years of spousal support and higher than required CS. We do have a young child who is unwell and since she is driving back and forth to the hospital to visit him she says can’t go back to school as she planned. Never mind that she is prohibiting me from helping. Is this something the courts are likely to seriously consider?
