Make a proposal to her on the care arrangements. Ideally you want something that is going to work for both of you. I think it's important that you do 50/50, not just for the sake of the kids but also so you can have half your time back to rebuild your own life. Your soon to be ex-wife will need to make some changes, otherwise you may end up having them more often and you should be paid some kind of child support for that. My co parent arrangement is two consecutive weekdays each then alternate the Friday to Sunday.

My ex is a nurse, honestly I just keep my son 5 days a week. He goes with her every other weekend. 7 days is way too much time for me to not see my son. Take all the time you can, trust me you won’t regret it
