when you get a date rejection like that never ever EVER immediately respond with an alternate date suggestion. Just say no worries then reopen her a few days later and try again once you have a good conversation going.

This is almost certainly a rip. If you insist on trying again, just try open a conversation first and see if she's responsive

What she gave you was a rejection. Women aren’t stupid - they realize that they’re handing you a difficult text to work with, and that’s the point.

Most women have a very hard time saying no to a man directly because some guys are unhinged and won’t take no for an answer.

If someone (man or woman) gives you a “sorry I’m busy” answer and makes no effort to reschedule, they’re not interested. Sucks, but it happens.

This is about taking two steps forward - one step back... this is how you make progress. You have already asked her out, now it is time to talk a little (this is the step back) and then you take the next step forward and ask her out again. If you still insist on inviting her somewhere, you'll only get a "no".

If the girl who rejected you wants more, let her be the one chasing you.

Don't ask her out anymore.

Once a woman declines and goes unresponsive, you can't keep asking her out. To do so is the actual definition of harassment...repeated advances after she said no the first time. This kind of stuff is exactly why guys get eviscerated if not reported.

You return the favor and ignore her and generate other options, that is the only way u have a shot with her in the future

Maybe twice, and that’s a hard maybe. If she politely says that she’s busy then softly say next and move on. There’s plenty of fish in the sea

Any cold approach lead you don't meet up with in 5 days is pretty much dead. 3 days or fewer is ideal. A 2 week old lead that's already rejected you once is very dead. If you do reach out again your only chance is to be extremely polar. Given you guys go to the same college the potential social ramifications of going extremely polar are not worth it.

Set up/seed the idea of a date before you get the number in the future.
