This problem has happened to me so many times I can't count, but I would like to first learn the psychology of "WHY" this happens and what to do to avoid it.

I would say that this has happened more often than not when meeting someone online. What happens is I will meet a girl on a dating app and we will start sexting pretty quick. I'll be sending her nudes, she will be also sending me her nudes of her self, we dirty talk about what we do to each other. I have even a few times had actual live facetime sex on camera with some of these girls. Usually we will do this for a few days or I've even had it last weeks or in a few rare cases a few months (usually if she lives far). What always ends up happening is when I suggest that we meet up in person, she ghosts me or backs out of the whole thing.

All this time I was thinking she was into me sexually and excited about meeting in person because of all the sexting we be doing. I hear girls say all the time, they wish I was in person with them filling her up or something, but when it comes down to actually meeting up, they always back out.

Let me ask something, what is the psychology of these girls who do sexting and seem to back out of meeting in person. Is it that they only wanted validation sexually to begin with through the online realm, that they never really had intensions of meeting in person? This is my guess.

Secondly, I am wondering from now on if I should totally avoid sexting or sending nudes, because maybe the more you do that, the more the girl gets "too satisfied", and has less incentive to meet in person to have sex, because you have already spoiled her with "online sex", so she gets bored Is this accurate?
