It’s totally possible to go from being promiscuous/experienced to monogamy.

I’ve never had an issue staying faithful. When I love someone, I prioritize them.

I never really flirted outside of my monogamous relationships, but now that I’m older, I think most people can flirt in a healthy way without acting on it. I think it’s unhealthy to totally shut down your flirting with outsiders.

You just say “sorry, I’m taken.”

There likely is a correlation between promiscuity and infidelity, I imagine.

As to how big of a difference it makes, I couldn't say.

Personally, I don't fuck girls I'm not in long term relationships with, let alone cheat. So it's hard to answer.

If he's the type to be super sexually active with girls, he likely gets lots of attention and flirts with a lot of them. Sex doesn't just happen without trying for it.

If I were you, I'd be wondering how many other girls have had him be their first. How many of them felt special. How many of them looked past their worries.

Your first is special to you. Your first isn't special to him.

Ultimately, no one can really say. But I'd suspect the odds are a little more towards infidelity than they would have been otherwise

Honestly if you aren’t comfortable with his past you aren’t obligated to stay with him. And to answer your questions

Anyone can cheat high body count or not but if he participated in hook up culture it’s probably a good chance he isn’t gonna be faithful data shows this and also because you pick up bad habits from hooking up.
