Divorce was finalized in November, since then my ex wife has manufactured 4 sexual abuse of child allegations all false, filed 2 protection orders (both denied), and even told the judge in the protection order hearing that she refuses to follow any court orders(on record). She has spread false and harassing information about me on social media, called my work hr dept to tell them I’m a “racist” and stalks my current finace on social media. We have modification the end of June where I am seeking primary, we will see.

I’m not giving up on my daughter.

I filed 3 years ago from a pathological liar and cheat. The lying has not stopped. Have had countless CPS complaints unfounded, multiple false police reports proven so, and multiple orders of protection and subsequent violations proven false also. Nobody cares about lies. Lies are the medium to milk atleast one of you for more money. Just roll with the punches and dont escallate. Wont do you any good until you are at trial. If you escallated before trial, its not likely to help you and only likely to cost you.

Yes. It’s a nightmare. After almost three years and me filing, the trial is coming up in a few weeks.

The whole thing was used on me. False DV, took the kids and wouldn’t let me see them (I’ve seen them 18 hours in the almost three years!). Restraining order, insisting that I can only see the kids in a supervised visitation setting. Moved 1700 miles away and won’t disclose her address. Firing her lawyer the day of mediation so it needs to be rescheduled for six weeks later (which turned out to be three months later).

Hiring of a guardian ad Litem that believes everything she says and nothing that I do. Allegations of being an addict (even though I’ve had three drugs tests all hair follicle which not a single positive for any substance). I ve had a substance abuse evaluation which says that I dont have a problem and of no concern in that area. She has been on four mental health meds and I’ve been on none.

I’ve spent every penny I have on getting my boys back and now don’t have a lawyer and am going this alone while she’s hiring expert witnesses because daddy pays for everything.

We were together for twenty years and I could have never once imagined that this could’ve happened. I loved this woman with my whole being and have never been so betrayed. All so she can keep believing that she never did anything wrong. Truly disgusting behavior and I will prevail. Whether it be at trial or when the boys grow up, I know that I’ve e done everything I can to be a fantastic father.

Down to 1 year. District Attorney offer me suspended sentence. I said: FUCK YOU. PROVE IT BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT WERE GOING TO TRIAL MOFO. low key enjoying the bad ass moments. You have to enjoy it otherwise you'll go insane.

Plus in my state if I get a conviction I will have low chances of joint custody.
