But instead you are looking for a book. And you have a 99% chance of not improving your confidence and seduction game with women by reading books.

Books are a nice supplement if you are already going out and meeting new women all the time. But most guys will just read the books and not do the things that actually improve your chances .

So, take that as a warning. Most guys don’t improve that read books. You have to go out, you have to be talking to new women all the time. You need to practice.

In all seriousness though, as most of the comments suggest, don’t waste your time reading books. Just go out there and try to luck that’s literally all you can do to build confidence in that particular aspect of life.

True confidence comes from investing time and energy into things that develop your competence as a man, and have little to do with women

Agree with people who tell you that reading books won't do shit unless you actually go out to talk to women. That includes getting rejected and not taking it personally and do it again. Or take it personally because you know you could have done better therefore you learn the lesson and do something else the next times you try.

Books can be helpful only if they supplement actions that move you forward in the aspect of life that is important to you.

Since you're talking about confidence, if I had a book to advise you to read it would be "Letting Go" by David R.Hawkins or "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. What you need is to remove every shit stain that has been accumulated by past experiences and/or perceptions of reality that prevent the lightbulb that you are from shining. This lightbulb that shines already knows how to be what it needs to be to have success with women.

Again, and I'm giving you advices that I received from someone else on here that helped me quite a lot, you need to actually put yourself in actions that move you forward and, with time and practice, get comfortable in those situations that are currently uncomfortable to you; to be able to relax while in situations that bring your anxiety and insecurities up. Back in the day I mainly read Girls chase website. It has lots of articles on very specific issues. Also I just googled specific questions and added a keyword

I read models afterwards and it was good.

There are two parts of it. Learning and practicing. You can’t skip the practicing -going out and being social. You can skip the learning process but you’ll end up spending a lot of time and energy not knowing what you are doing.

Books can be great for the learning part. If you are totally new to books about confidence and dating, read classics like “No more Me Nice guy” and “Models”. If you find them too easy, start doing some research into psychology related to social interactions and understanding things like projection and avoidance.

If that is not enough, look into books about reducing your stress levels and making your mind able to pick up on vibes and energies.

But remember that you can’t skip the practice. Everything you read you need to try out among other people.
