Body game is one of the most important things for a man. Yea you can get women without it, but with body game it’s so much easier. Women thirst after you, and you will catch them looking at you on the street, at the gym, at the grocery. You’re going to be a walking thirst trap if your body game is on point and you are lean and have good nutrition. It also builds your confidence on top of that which just makes the attraction exponential. I recommend Rom Wills on youtube, also Luther Versulien. There are other body game content creators but these two are probably my favorite, especially Luther, his videos literally light a fire under your ass and get you so god dam excited to lock in and get lean.

A high percentage. Ive been on both sides of the spectrum and it’s like night and day when choosing who I date and who wants to date me and the ease in getting my pick.

Very high. If a man is like 30-40 lbs overweight he will get very few looks from woman.

If that same guy drops 40lbs and eats right, works out, gets proper sleep he will get a tonne of women after him.

You will get more women looking, talking to you, and on the apps more swipes.

Depends on your height and body structure a lot.

If you have larger shoulder/chest and arms and bit tall then its pretty much irrelevant if you have a beer belly or not.

If you are skinny fat, better lose that belly.

If you are short and have narrow shoulders then those six packs will make you look like a POW.

I used to be chubby and kinda short, so back when I had more of a chubby younger brother vibe, after losing around 17sh kg I went to f.ckable category, basically attractive enough to get laid but also not impressive enough to stand out. I have somewhat broad shoulders and developed chest, so certainly look my best whenever I wear a tight t-shrt. And yes losing my beer belly certainly got me laid, albeit I also worked on my style and haircut as well.

Overall losing extra fat will immensely help your facial structure and overall sex appeal, that being said building muscles or maintaining some of your body fat helps you look more broader and healthy.

Formerly obese guy here as well. I still didn't have much confidence afterwards. They actually find you good looking now. So they're definitely not attracted to that 'confidence boost'. I found out not everyone becomes better looking when they lose weight
