Obviously she's looking for other options, and I don't blame her. She's 28, probably nearing the age where all her friends are getting pregnant.

If you're getting good sex, conversation, etc. of course don't leave the relationship. Just keep an eye out for more red flags such as:

Going clubbing with her friends, sudden changes to her schedule, blowing you off for other plans, etc.

Not enough to overtly downgrade, but you should back off a bit to gauge her investment. Be a little less available.

I'd be keeping an eye out for an excuse to dump her after this set of conversations, but wouldn't tell her about that. Definitely keep your options open with other women, as you should be doing anyway.

Of course she is looking at her options, like every women. If this is effecting your trust in her, downgrade her and find a new plate. Overall, best to ignore it as it will just effect you negatively and will make you look clingy. If you are worried about her cheating find a girl who does not make you feel that way.

You should dump the idea that commitment is leverage for women. They get curves for leverage, YOU get commitment. (Among other things) You need to match then surpass her as far as having options for other women and show her how little you care if she has both feet out the door because it gives you free reign to smash other girls. She'll break when your commitment seems to be floundering to another girl and she'll work to get your approval if you act like her fucking around doesn't matter to you. If you let her know it bothers you, she is going to hold that feeling over your head everytime she wants something she can't have.

For me personally, dating other people while seeing me is my covert shit test. I won't LTR a girl who craves that much dick.

Practical tip though, don't confront about stuff like this. Not only do you appear needy but worst of all you lost a window into her behavior. She is now more aware and may hide other red flags that were available to see

Are you her boyfriend or dating her . If the former dump her and move on, if the latter plate her . She only keeps it for the funny messages is I only keep it up from attention from betas and hopefully an alpha comes that is better than the guy I'm dating . Anytime I see a 'what should I do?' question I think the answer is easy once you can emotionally detach yourself. Just do what a woman with options would do - go out and see if you can flirt with someone better. As soon as you get something better lined up, dump her and move on.
