I rejected by a girl in my class because “she didn’t wanted any relationships right now” what this supposed to mean?

So we didn’t shared any conversations or stuff in last couple years (didn’t even talked as far as I remember and its a big big class) but we were following each other on social media. So It was basically a cold approach I guess?

When we made the small talk she was completely calm and told me that “she don’t wants any relationships rn” (it was like a 1 min convo.)

I really think she meant that because in last couple of years I didn’t see her with anybody else. But in the other hand im curios that was it me that she was not interested in? Would love to hear your opinions about that thing occupies my thoughts.
