What reward is there as a women doing everything right?

Why does there need to be a 'reward' for that? To me, that'd be like giving someone a participation trophy for being a functional adult.

Both men and women face 'issues with dating', so us suddenly being the dominant sex wouldn't really solve anything — we'd just have a host of new issues to deal with. (And vice versa, if we're talking about men.)
