I’ve been into this for about two years now, and sometimes I notice that every time I go out, I feel a strong urge to approach and talk to beautiful women. If I don’t do it, even if I’m busy or have a valid reason, I feel bad. I feel like a failure. Like a coward.

I remember in The Game there’s a chapter that talks about how addictive this can get, and lately I’ve been reflecting on that.

On one hand, I truly believe that to have an abundant and healthy dating life, you need to operate from abundance, not neediness. On the other hand, I’m questioning how easy it is to get addicted to sex, approaching, and game itself.

I’ve also been wondering what it would feel like to have no desire at all for sex or for beautiful women. Not in a coping way, not in a suppressed way, but genuinely feeling fulfilled. Not needing it. Not caring. That sounds powerful to me.

Right now, I’ve been traveling to different countries, and every time I arrive somewhere new, it feels like wanting to taste the local food. I’m being completely honest here. Maybe part of it is ego. I’m not pretending to be perfect.

For context, I’m 28 years old. My top score is around 22–25. Mentally, I’m in a phase where I want to accumulate experiences, ideally more than 100, to really understand what kind of woman is compatible with me long-term and eventually build a solid family.

I’m sharing this man to man. I’d really like to hear your perspective and how you’ve dealt with this.
