IMO the best reframe is that your job isn’t to "get her," but to express intent cleanly and handle whatever comes back. If she says no, totally fine, that’s more data, not failure. I got way better once I treated it like training and practiced responses out loud first (RizzRise app helped a lot with that).

They rejected Jesus. So if Jesus can be rejected why can’t you ? Jesus was the greatest man to ever walk this Earth. Now I know this wasn’t in the romantic sense but it’s one way to look at it.

Even though he was rejected it didn’t change the fact he was still the son of God.

Practice approaching progressively more difficult approaches to desensitize yourself.

Give your friend X amount of money at the start of the night and tell him to give one portion of it back every time you do an approach.

3 second rule where you go approach within the first 3 seconds without giving yourself time to psych yourself out.

There are thousands of approach anxiety guides. Go look them up.

The idea is that your approach doesn’t need to be perfect. You don’t have to be James Bond, wink at her, and have her follow you the next second. You don’t need to say something incredibly funny and make her unable to stop laughing. There’s no need to impress her. You don’t need to act like you know everything. You don’t need to be the most interesting guy in the room. You don’t need to create a movie moment.... Now that you know it doesn’t have to be perfect… is it still that hard?

Do it so often until you get desensitized otherwise you’ll always hesitate and you’ll never cope. It’s about training the brain to callous cold approaches. This could take years sometimes up to a decade or less time but the more approaches the faster it’ll make you calloused

Try even despite that you’re gonna fail and accept that and try anyway and try and try again except you’re gonna fail and try again despite that just say you’re not gonna stop that because you talk to girls but because you don’t want the fear to stop you it’s about the principal it’s about the you know and also you’re just talking to people in general like you know just say hey I wanna go on a date and I mean that’s kind of worked for me as I got my first girlfriend we just made conversation it seemed pretty good going pretty well and she was like OKbut yeah, that is my experience. I like having a mindset where I was gonna be determined, stubborn and not gonna yield through the failure.

Stop caring. Don't give a damn. And don't aproch girls that don't show interest, like eye contact, in the first place. I've had girls just come stand next to me for no apparent reason. If that happens talk to her. But don't lode them up on complements. It makes you look despite.

You don't have her until you have her. And even then you have nothing to worry about. Be authentic, be yourself un-apologeticly, be cocky when you feel like it. Remember there's a new batch turning 18 every day.

I suggest you go learn about calibration timings and nervous systems.

Its too easy to get lost in superficial concepts that are true only after you're calibrated and in a nervous system trained to be attracted by love and people that likes you.

Basically, start small, stack small wins. Be social.

I would listen to the fear tbh, usually just not worth it
