Ok, to start I want to be clear that I DO NOT condone misogyny in any way, I just want to make a point on why I think there might be more misogyny now.

And I know it's not all women, but a great percentage of women are actively oppresssing men with their feminism. I know that there are male feminists who are obviously also responsible, but just the fact that women are so insanely priviliiged in most countries in the world and don't have to worry about being drafted, are straight up allowed to hit men, have protection from genital mutilation, have access to way more resources and sheletrs, don't get told they can't be victims of SA baecuse of their sex and don't get silenced whenever they want to talk about their issues as well as plenty of other things too long for to mention here yet so many have the nerve to play the victim and call men "priviliged".

Men face actual systemic oppression. The fact that feminist women often say things like "We don't get taken as seriously in leadership roles" or that they get called stupid or whatever when men face violence and lack of any meaningful support is going to cause some resentment.

Feminism also has complete control over society. The reason most countries won't extend military conscription to women is because feminism opposes that. Having a movement with this kind of power that advocates for female supremacy and acting like you're somehow underrepresented is one of the reasons why so many men are starting to show greater animosity towards women.

Feminists are the ones who started the gender war by either denying that there are any issues that men face or staright up advocating against men having equal rights. And I understand that not all women are feminists and that there are plenty of male feminists too, but if more women stopped oppressing men with feminism and actually denounced the movement I think a lot of misogyny (of which there is a lot less than misandry) would stop.

Just some food for thought, What do you think?
