Every time I talk to one of my fellow heart broken, divorced bruddas, I’m always told “Bro be grateful. This happened to you at 35. Not 55.”
Or
“Bro be happy this happened to you 2 years in to the marriage, before you had kids, before you acquired new assets”.
Etc.
I essentially “escaped” completely free.

I’m 12 months in to discovering her cheating.
It ended on day 1, hour 1.
The first 3 months were the worst period of my life.
I can actually say- I would not wish that experience on even the worst people in the world. Punish them normally, humanely not with whatever tf THAT was.

But guys. After month 3, I started LIVING again.
I realized how much she had held me back. How miserable I had been for long time before she cheated.
And I had the best 9 months of my life.

Now, here’s where it gets tricky.
I blew through about $89,000 liquid cash in those 9 months.
Acting like Leonardo DiCaprio or Drake, just sleeping with as many girls as possible, going on dates and trying to fix my body and my style and my grooming and everything.

And boy did I ever succeed in all of that!!

However, I can’t sustain this forever.

My business brings me a passive $4K a month. Guaranteed.
My house is fully paid off and it’s worth $266,000 last I checked.

I don’t want to work again, I wanna live age 35-55 doing what I’ve been doing. Gym, health, women, and 8 hours of sleep a night.

Should I move abroad?

Should I suck it up and get an easy job as like a hotel front desk just to supplement the 4K a month?

Being a bachelor isn’t as cheap as you think it is!!

I’m not the world’s most handsome man. I certainly need money if I want to keep dating.

And playing sports cost money. Especially when you’re 35 and maintenance is required.

And dating saved my broken heart.

Am I delusional for wanting to just enjoy life forever and never get married again?

Anyway thanks for reading my rant.
If you have any advice I’d genuinely appreciate it.

Still Recovering.
