I can't help but find this incredibly moving for how wrong 'justice' can be.

Yet we have feminists saying false accusations aren't an issue. When you see these people show them this, if they don't shed a tear...they are not human.

I don't have time to watch this at the moment so it may address this, but surely a rape conviction alone is not enough to get a death sentence?

Whenever I see someone exonerated on rape charges, I wonder how many other innocent people are still serving time for drugs, robbery, murder, etc because the crimes the were convicted of didn't include a deposit of DNA that could later be tested and proven it wasn't them.

Due process is not enough. Evidence standards must be raised too. Since many courts rely on testimony and identification to convict, due process only secures rights to provide counter testimony, but due process does not rid itself of faulty methods of reasoning. I don't trust testimony as much as I do logic.
