Happened to me. Met this girl on Tinder. She was a 6 but it was enough. Liked her and got physical our first date. Week goes by and she gets cold. Posts a picture of her holding the hand of a literal 4 on her insta. Seeing this, I ghosted her that day. Month later she hits me up wondering where I went.
