I followed his link to this sub and have read a few sidebar articles and it seems TRP and the EMSK poster converge well on the "healthy narcissist" ideology. It seems to me that most TRP posters have been wronged in some way by women or life in general and are trying to reclaim their psychological and sexual sovereignty. The "sexual strategy" that keeps getting promoted here seems to be inspired by game theory in which sex is viewed as the ultimate reward and women as an unfair and unethical market monopolizer on the commodity of sex. The exact satisfaction posters here gain from playing this game and the lengths they choose to go to "win" seem to vary widely. There doesn't seem to be an archetypal "Red Piller" behavior beyond the acceptance that this game exists and that it is worth playing.

Just my two cents browsing this sub today. Please let me know if I've made any mis-characterizations/omissions.

Now this is strange.

There is a known fact that contemporary culture is one which men are insecure and confused about what they are, what they should do, masculinity in general. This leads many people to be bitter and angry with their present status. People who would, when acting upon the way their masculine nature is, become happy. But for some strange reason, modern political correctness blocks that from realizing fully (lest your assertive behaviour be considered misogyny).

On the other hand, system kinda needs men to operate efficiently (you ever heard about that badass Matriarchy which went to the moon or produced great works of art? Me neither). Most manginas are men (lol). Much like a self loathing, but still favourably looked upon by his masters "House Negro" he wants to stay in slavery to the present unhappiness but doesn't care about others who might not revel in self loathing, "House Mangina" works under same principles, they even repeat their master's propaganda. Keeping men under "you're going to be fine with a mortgage, a wife who thinks you're reasonably cool" trance.

TRP (like any neoreactionary movement, though I would hardly qualify it as such) contains within itself a dialectic which a progressive cannot cover. Common cries of "muh soggy knee" are neutered here with a healthy does of "pussypass" and actual discussion. They deconstruct the female nature and feminist paradigm, and in order to understand TRP to be able to criticize it in any meaningful way, they must first understand the things that it criticizes.

When you expose TRP to a confused male, when its principles illuminate behaviour which is the very root of his confusion, you have succeeded by default.

OP got gold by shitting all over it, confused men got exposed to it, any by virtue of TRP's nature I'd be willing to bet that roughly third (or more) people actually "subscribed", feminists celebrated a "victory", and TRP was immune from the start from the cries of muh soggy knee and emotional abuse.

I love the members of this sub so much. I'm so happy that the front-page post that could be considered a "calling-out" of TRP has led to some civil and productive arguments. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a mature exchange of ideas on the internet.

Thank you for your directness, I rest assured it will be appreciated by the clueless. IMHO he is completely right and even adresses some issues which are not publicly discussed in trp due to certain rules. Reddit is not stupid but most people are clueless.

He's far from redpill he's just not a reactionary insta-hate like feminists and women/whiteknights who feel offended. Though, he is no less like them by being of virtue that he spouts hopefilled, neutral, "what the world should be in utopia" nonsense. If anything that at least makes him neutral or purple for at least having the gall to admit that yes TRP is right and correct about so many things, but he is not that much different from being BP either with his "you males should be totally nice to those sweet innocent halo-wearing creatures that are women" despite his qualification by saying "some TRPers" his post is still aimed at TRP and trying to link what is considered negative to the entirety of TRP via his presentation and choosing to not actually dole much of the positions that would support TRP in the main post. Plus when I read it thru the guy is about un-TRP as you can get. I doubt he works out, he plays D&D, he hasnt dealt with multiple women in dating, and likely married the first thing that allowed him etc.

TL:DR he's purple and made a big blue argument that was mischaracterizing of red full of just blissfully naively hopeful cliches.
