So my wife and I are doing a renovation project on our home. I wanted her input on some tiles I picked out this morning and sent her the image via WhatsApp and told her to call me asap.

A few minutes later I see the time stamp where she came online and saw the message. She hasn't called yet. That was 5 hours ago. I ended up making the decision without her input. I don't give a shit if she doesn't like them.

She does this shit far too often for me to be comfortable with it. Her excuse is that she's too busy at work to call or some bullshit claim. Yet, she can take 5 minutes here and there to text with her friends. Fact is she saw the message, didn't think it was urgent enough to drop what she was doing to spend 2 minutes on the phone talking about this important thing, continued on with her day and forgot to call. Out of sight, out of mind.

How do I respond to this when I get home? Usually I'd call her out on it and get upset. I'm learning now that it's a DLV to do that.
