You're not really giving us much other than weight loss and reading. Where are you at in dread? Are you dressing better? A life apart? Are you putting more effort into your marriage than the eight seconds it took you to type this? If it's not working, something is missing.

How's your muscle tone/mass? Are you hitting the gym a lot? When you look at yourself in the mirror, do you say "DAMN I look fine!"?

How's your haircut?
How's your wardrobe?

If you're fine on these points, then it's time to start applying dread.

If you've been running your MAP for a year and her interest isn't increasing, it's probably time to reevaluate. It's next to impossible to tell what's going wrong because our view of you is filtered by your ego and sometimes your ego is blind to it's worst flaws. There's the off chance that you are ugly, socially inept, smell bad or are just plain annoying. Maybe what you consider progress could be best described as mediocrity. I'm just guessing here since I've got nothing to go on other than it's not working.

You need a good friend that you can trust to be brutally honest or someone you can meet in real life to give you a once over and tell you if you are unattractive. If that all checks out then maybe it's just your wife.

A better litmus test would be how other women are responding. Have other women's reactions have come full circle while your wife hasn't budged?

You have dropped 30 pounds and are lifting. That is Level 2. Have you even started Level 1- pick up your balls and start responding to her shit tests appropriately? Have you tried level 3: Get Busy? Have you begun conditioning your mental and physical availability to her with her sexual availability to you (Level 4). Have you dressed up and upgraded your wardrobe (Level 5). Have you learned PUA game and practiced on your wife (Level 6) and on random women (Level 7). Have you shown your wife that you are attractive to other women (Level 8)?\

Have you been doing all that for at least a year? Have you read MMSL? What about the PUA literature? Before you start thinking of divorce- and even before you start considering ultimatums- you should have 50 cold approaches with girls hotter than your wife and several number closes.

How is your behavior? How do you handle criticism/shit tests? Is your frame strong?

Do you lead the household? Who makes the decisions? If you plan one thing and she wants something different, what happens?

How often and how do you initiate, and how do you handle rejection?

What is your general mood at home? Are you brooding and apathic or optimistic and energetic?

From what I am reading here you are trying to change your self not because you want to be a better man, but in hopes you get laid more. This is the wrong perspective, you want to improve yourself because you are worth it and THEN she will notice and THEN the sex should (could) be a byproduct of that. If you are working toward the best version of yourself, and she doesnt see that, that is her problem and as you stated time to move on to someone who does. Good Luck.

These are mutually exclusive thoughts, which means you appear to be confused. Get to the point of having your thoughts and actions in alignment.
