This suggestion is probably not popular in this sub but I can guarantee you that it works, and works really well. Plus in the long run it will make you get more pussy. Stop masturbating, stop looking at porn, stop having sex for maybe 3 months. Meditate. This makes you lose the need for sex, makes females lose their powers over you which they can sense while you'll feel a lot more at ease when talking to females, because they have nothing you want, so you can literally act like a goofball and say what the fuck you want because she has nothing you need. When youre constantly ejaculating, your subconcious knows that she has the "key" to that "feelgood" chemical that you want so badly. This creates desperation and scarcity, which they sense and get repulsed by more than anything.

Either that, or have so many females/abundance that they have no power over you because you know you can get it from elsewhere, so you wont be desperate anyway.

TLDR: If you're not getting pussy, you absolutely need to stop masturbating/watching porn in order to get pussy.

Why aren't you looking for validation from yourself?

The fact that any woman talked to you or paid attention to you...... well whoop dee doo. This is like feeling validated that you successfully put your socks on before leaving the house. Yeah sure it's nice, but it's not exactly some kind of challenge anymore. This is pocket change now.

You're worried about a triviality like women's attention and praise because you're still stuck in the fear that you might secretly be unattractive or unworthy. This is- "I just started puberty, I'm breaking out with acne and I just grew three pubic hairs, WTF is going on!?" -type stuff. That is: role confusion. I mean, this kind of insecurity is understandable and pretty common, but you need to recognize that your feeling and belief state is operating at least ten years in the past, brother. You're still fretting and agonizing about a confusing problem that stopped being an issue a long time ago. Bit behind the times, what year is it?

It's good you don't care about what male peers think. Most people are too busy thinking about themselves and what others think of them, and hardly ever think of you. Sounds like BS but it is true.

The quicker you realise how little people think of you, the less you care and the happier you are. Fact. If you focus on bettering yourself independently of women, you won't care as much about their opinions and you will stop seeking their validation.

Create an abundance mentality and start getting in your head that you are the prize and that if she rejects you it's her loss, not yours. She needs you more than you need her. Start viewing her as just a regular girl, there is nothing special about her, the only difference between her and a 2 are n count, looks and a higher ego. Rise above her and don't give her the attention her orbiters give her.

at 14, i adopted an attitude suggested by my crazy uncle: when you meet women, address them and talk to them like you've already fucked them.

i didn't quite understand it then but it worked. their antics and tactics had no affect on me; their pussy power was useless.

i didn't give a fuck if they liked me or not... and didn't give them any validation. i was going to have fun with or without them and my attitude showed it.

of course, it didn't work all the time but the frame was there.

Learn to meditate. youll look for less validation in general. If you say, attach it to a larger issue, like having needed validation from your mother for food i.e. life as a baby, wanting women to aprove of you makes sence. Thing is all other women are just babies who loved their Dad's and want thier aproval, i.e. they want your aproval. Meditation can be how you process your past and get to rehersing in your head your new default standard of women needing your aproval before you need thiers.
