All the natural alphas seem to be either first born, or first born males. Middle children in particular (if they are not first born males) seem to be the most likely to be betas. Youngest children can go either way. Only children also seem most likely to be betas.
It makes sense, because the oldest children do all the things first. All the responsibility and expectation is on them, so they are naturally more alpha as a result. Middle and youngest children are more beta, because they follow behind the oldest. Especially the middle children, because they get overlooked in favour of the youngest and oldest all the time.
I also think it's no coincidence that the vast majority of US presidents were first born.
What do you think?
