This point is worth re-affirming. Social media inflates a woman's value so much more than it actually is. Land whales who have no value on the sexual marketplace are suddenly getting more attention than the average good-looking guy because of uncontrollable thirsty guys. It is more important than ever to build rapport through real life interactions.

It's a bad idea if you're socially retarded. If you have a good following, use some common sense and do cool stuff then it's free social proof. If you're getting 9 likes on your shitty sunset pic then learn how to use social media.

You don't need it, but if you can make it work in your favour then do it. Girls who are stupid enough to buy $50 detox plans from insta-chodes are also stupid enough to read too much into a pic of you with hot chicks and a few hundred likes.

Also, this probably needs to be said: Don't tie your self worth to social validation (virtual or otherwise) like a faggot.

First goal should always be to have an awesome life. Documenting bits and pieces of it on Instagram isn’t a bad idea as a dhv strategy for attracting women, but you should always have roi in mind as in is the time you invest in social media better spent on other activities that will help you achieve your goals?

I have instagram, only because I shoot photos. It's a good conversation starter sometimes, I'd like to say my photos are pretty good. If I didn't shoot I properly wouldn't have any social media lol.

But yeah approaching women in real life is guaranteed better results, a few guys I know in real life follow loads of girls and they don't follow them back lol. It's a validation pool for women literally. And they know thirsty betas will shower them in validation.

This is fine if it works.

But if you've been doing it for 6 months and it's not getting you regularly laid, or if you're getting the occasional lay but it's taking more than a few hours per week, it's a complete fucking waste of time. AND IT WON'T IMPROVE. Be honest with yourselves here.

If it isn't working for you, it's important to do something else. Do something radical. Step outside your front door. Walk around. Meet people. Be awesome.

I'm an old school cat, so I might be shooting myself in the foot when I rebuke a girl's Instagram or Snapchat. I'd rather get a number then end up as an orbiter. Things are so ass backwards nowadays, girls say that they need to "get to know you" online before meeting up (which is usually bullshit due to the Brad Pitt rule) and guys go along with it. This is dangerous more many reasons as OP said. You lose the air of mystery and all anticipation goes out the window when she has intel on you. You risk being thrown into the Pit of Orbiters, waiting for the meetup that'll never come. Not to mention you're putting you're Information out there to a stranger My opinion on Social Media game, use it if you see that your returns are not diminishing, but don't use it as a replacement for cold approach.

Ehh. I mostly stay off snap chat. I Can't stand the culture it's created. A culture of easy replacement, disposability, reality tv windows into personal matters and cheating, and paves way for rampant gossip.

Any girl who uses it seriously is a whore and not LTR worthy. I have girls using it sometimes when I'm fucking them that's how addicted to it they are. I cant go with this 100%. Snapchat can be a valuable tool, especially for a guy in my age group (18-24). Someone who's under 24 most likely will be occupied at school or doing something time consuming, vice-versa for women our age. So when females are spread out like they are, Snapchat not only keeps them in touch (but not in too much touch) it organizes my options very well, and being attractive helps a lot when it comes to sending actual pictures of yourself one on one. The thing is, I think a lot of guys don't even know how to snap. Even if you aren't chisel-chinned Chad you can still do much better than sending that underwhelming ass shoulder/side face picture. Snapchat can get you hoes dude, and it's GREAT at making girls feel ignored and left out, because you can indirectly share what your'e doing anytime you want (Ex: Stories, Snapmap). Like OP said, too much revealing posting can lower your SMV big time, but if you stay mysterious, post the occasional mirror gym pic (but not a cringe one) you can up your game. Slowly but surely.

 I disagree for the most part. Snap and insta are your marketing tools; both allow you to game multiple women at once, from any distance, at any time. If used properly (to show your life and not just random sunset pics/shitty pics) both are exponentially more useful (in gaming women) than cold approach or social circle. However, this doesn’t mean social media is the end all be all; no one will come to something that isn’t built. Of course, you need to have all the wickets complete, like have an awesome fulfilling life, demonstrating girls are only “a passenger in your life” and not your main mission. I would agree that this is more of a “last step” in terms of transitioning to TRP because, like I said before, you have to hit all the wickets to at least have that “mission” in mind. Also, you need to have these women funneled in your social media in the first place, so that would still include a fair share of cold approach or social circle at the beginning and throughout the process to maintain steady viewership. Again, none of what I just said discredits cold approach or phone numbers or social game, in fact it’s encouraged to funnel women to your stories. I was thinking of what would be better though: only social media for game vs cold approach/social circle. Cold approach would build on your face to face game and help you become the best version you can be (bc of all the constant rejection/learning). On the other hand, I’ve seen insta verified profiles DM’ing hundreds of girls (with bots sometimes), and since they are verified, the DM goes to the TOP of her inbox. This would spark her interest, get her to see your profile, maybe it’s super badass, and bam you have a harem at a party. Of course, there is a lot of work in this too bc sure, you can buy insta verification, but you still have to have be interesting enough to compel the girl. At the end of the day, utilizing both correctly is much better than using just one.
