Short video and an interesting response too. Basically this guy runs a PUA business and records his exploits (with consent, he claims) as proof his methods work. Scotland police responds:

We are aware of the videos posted online, offering advice and guidance on how to 'pick up' the opposite sex, particularly young women. This type of predatory behavior is shameful and unacceptable and will undoubtedly cause significant fear and harm. No-one should be subjected to this.

Obviously not an expert on Scottish law, or any law for that matter, so more looking for a discussion on the moral or ethical arguments of both sides.

It's interesting to note how women (and the police?) are reacting to PUAs.

This makes the whole thing even more uncomfortable. But abusers have ways of making themselves appear extremely charming to get what they want, and we need to remember that what’s obvious to us when viewing the video might not be so obvious to the women he’s talking to.
