don't take me too seriously

Axiom: Bitches bitch

Hypothesis: Niceness is often the tribute that the weak pay to their master

Further speculation: Only the strong can truly love and appreciate the strong for what they are

- the weak can either resent or pay tribute (respect and appreciation), but to really fully appreciate another person's strength you must be at least that strong. Fortunately for those in positions of weakness: you become stronger by honestly and loyally professing that you admire the strength in another. We are made stronger by the company we keep in good faith

Suggestion: The 'Nice' guy is the opposite of the 'Lover'

- the more we love the more we are willing to criticize the object of our love. Real Love is willing to risk Tough Love. 'Jerks' can critique women if it comes from a place of genuine admiration and valuing. Those that cannot critique do not put themselves at risk and therefore do not earn this Higher Love. It is like: tearing down part of your house to remodel it, editing something that you put a lot of your heart into, cleaning your room (JP), exercising, etc etc ------ true love takes the risk of temporarily 'injuring' what it values in order to bring it closer to its ideal, to perfect it's lovability.. True love wants to improve the object of its love, NEVER TO BELITTLE OR TEAR IT DOWN (destroy it) MALICIOUSLY in a tantrum

Final Statement: If you're always 'Nice' you need to learn to 'Love'

- yourself first please

-love entails taking risks and makes you vulnerable. it is an act of courage. acts of courage make you stronger even if they fail (maybe especially when they fail)

- Niceness for the weak, Love for the brave. Shitty empty sex for cowards, long lasting meaning for those that earn it.

Disclaimer: huge bombastic generalizations and simplifications!

Defense: we must simplify our language and our truths if we hope to find basic foundations that can be accepted by all.. the closer you can get to 1=1 the better (tautology has its merits).. I feel it is past time for a restatement of basic truths and I feel this strongly as I listen to divergent voices here at PPD

Disclaimer: Bitches is being used sex and gender neutrally!

(my) definition of: bitch (v) - to complain hopelessly and fruitlessly from a position of weakness. Often involves blaming others and refusing to take personal responsibility for one's own contribution to the problem. A victim's cry and revenge. The voice of resentment and resignation.

- possible value of 'bitching' - To draw attention to a problem in hopes of a solution. Requires someone willing to take responsibility to 'fix the problem'

- Relevant difficulty for modern relationships: Both sides are demoralized and reluctant to take responsibility.

Disclaimer: Provocative wording chosen for rhetorical purposes. I mean no offense. Don't bite back at me, please

Just some thoughts, I don't mean any harm by them, I think it might help someone even if it's totally mistaken and misguided! Thanks!

Addendum/edit 1 - I hate that I have to save this and I prefer to clarify nothing. If I had my way I would just drop a few bold aphorisms and leave it. But - -- Niceness is not bad in and of itself. In fact the highest man is 'nice' almost always. It is better to call this style of social behavior as: courteousness, chivalry, nobility, magnanimity, etc.. In short: the noble man is the highest man, the gentleman. Considerate behavior despite the fact that you can be cruel and all the better for it.

edit: i was trying too hard to figure something out in this post. that's why it was phony, i was the child here. but it's fun child's play still. thanks friends i had fun at least for a bit.. peter. I won't delete this, but now i'm ashamed of the words i used and the way i spoke, don't hold me too this style. it was never really me, i was false. the guy i was mimicking in my heart was Nietzsche.
