If you're asking what are the benefits to dating someone you're not sexually attracted to, Id say companionship, having someone on your team, a partner, and someone to have good drunk sex with. The downside is you're making yourself complacent and losing the motivation to improve, and you're wasting another persons time which will eventually lead to a simmering resentment between both parties.

If you actively refuse to have sexual contact with the girl, you probably won't be dating for long. Even if she's fat, she can easily find someone who finds her attractive.

Well the lack of options said girl will have in comparison to her more attractive peers means she probably won't ditch them, of course, most of these guys feel they are too good for such girls so this speculation is pointless, most of them will never consider such girls.

I'm not ugly, short or autistic myself but I do feel bad for the guys that are in this day and age, because yes, fat girls are often pretty much their only option, especially in obese countries like the US and UK. I'm not saying every guy is entitled to his very own lingerie model, but if less people were fat then at least an ugly, but healthy weight guy could expect to get with an ugly, but healthy weight girl, instead of a girl who's both ugly AND fat.

Again, if statistics are anything to go by, having a woman in your life is pretty much always gonna be a net positive if you're a man. So there is that. And if you're into that type of thing, so much the better.

Because if you're 'short/ autistic /ugly/ feminine/ have a bad personality/ boring etc' (although I would add 'fat' in there as well because there are plenty of young men ruined by their weight) and can't fix that for some reason then you likely won't have the opportunity for a romantic relationship unless you go for someone of similar attractiveness, and relationships have the benefits of a/ regular sex b/ emotional support c/emotional fulfillment (provided you actually like your fat gf and aren't just tolerating her for sex) d/ kids and someone to help you raise said kids.

The only thing is, I don't know what's your definition if fat is. If you think that a girl with a healthy BMI and fat percentage is fat, then maybe you need to adjust your expectations.

if you can’t do any better, then the benefit is not being totally alone (assuming that is an unwanted outcome). any other benefits to an individual guy depends on what the individual guy is seeking. no one really cares if you date or want fat women or not, though.

Warm and cuddly. Likely knows how to cook. No pressure on you to stay in shape (you can really let yourself go). Also probably has a great personality developed because she couldn't get by on just her looks.

And... this is anecdotal, but IME fat girls give the best head. I don't know why.

If you as a man is at least decent looking, make an effort to keep in shape and in general hardworking or ambitious, then why the fuck should you settle for mediocrity. Admittedly, only time I've been with fatties is if they were the only one's available at the time or they've happened to have redeeming traits like they're bubbly (I'm a sucker for those types) or they cook and look after you.
