To quote Dan Savage, a good sexual partner is good, giving, and game: "good" means that you understand how to do things like give a decent blowjob; "giving" means that you care as much about your partner's pleasure as your own; and "game" means that you're willing to try things that you aren't super-into but that your partner likes. I'd add in being respectful of your partner's boundaries and able to communicate your own wants and limits.

The most important thing is that she's really into it and really wants to be with you, not that she's merely willing to sleep with you for the sake of 'hooking up'. When you're with someone like that then the sex that results is simply far, far better.

I will answer for myself to start things off: I like women who know what they like and what gets them off, and aren't shy in asking for it. Gals who have a raunchy or kinky side, who actually think about sex when not having it, who are sexually adventurous. I want an active participant who can match my pace, and who enjoys giving pleasure not just receiving it.

Beyond looking good, it's really all about the chick's attitude for me. Whether she actually knows wtf she's doing or has any technique is besides the point; I can help her polish her knob polishing skills. Selfishness or prudishness are harder to fix.

The good ones swallowed and were overall enthusiastic about the whole thing. The mediocre ones at least made sure to bury their nails deep into my back and mark it and showed effort. If my back doesn't look as if it was ravaged by a siberian tiger then it wasn't sex. Might as well fuck a fleshlight. The bad ones were like dead bodies who barely moved during sex and couldn't even maintain the right position and body posture for optimal penetration.
