I don't think it takes away the incentive to provide, it can be quite the opposite actually- if he wants to continue to be cared for, he needs to show the ability to provide financially. This can be done even when the couple is not living together. He can take her out on dates, show fiscal responsibility through lifestyle choices (keeping up with car/home, no debt, etc.), and conversations about finances.

***Disclaimer, this is all assuming the lady is smart enough to be aware of these things and won't stick around if he can't provide

Remember, one of the key red pill phrases is "women are the gatekeepers of sex, men are the gatekeepers of commitment". Men prove they are worthy of sex by showing their ability to provide, and women prove they are worthy of commitment by caring for their man. Marriage minded ladies need to take it a step further and prove they are worthy of being wifed by caring for the house, cooking, and sex. In response, the man should also step up his beta provider game. This can be providing financial support through paying for dates, and also emotional support he wouldn't be giving outside of a relationship.

***Another disclaimer, the key word here is SHOULD. I'm aware this doesn't always happen.

Personally, I felt like I gained a lot when I first started dating my husband. Even though my contributions of cooking and helping with housework were more tangible/visible, the emotional support from my husband was invaluable to me. I'm sure he put up with enough of my whining about whatever my current anxieties were to make everything even in the end.

The dating period is a trial for marriage. The rpw needs to display her value to the man in order to gain the commitment. If she's holding out on the housework until after commitment, the man has no reason to keep her around in the meantime or to believe she will actually start as she promised or that her skills are up to his standards.

To a certain extent, it does violate the motivation principle. If the woman doesn't strongly push for commitment or exercise dread, the man may become content in the arrangement.

It's still worthwhile for a woman to do housework because a woman needs to demonstrate her value. Also, a man's need for cleanliness is not exhausted by her performing household chores for him in the present, thus the possibility of future benefit is enticing to him and it can be taken away by the woman at a moment's notice. Salespeople do the same when they might give someone a free sample or trial and he has the option of buying if he likes the product. If the product is good, it's likely that the person will see that it's a good product and be willing to invest.

It's also worth noting that men are on average more generous than women. If a woman does a man a favor, the man is more likely to reciprocate than if the reverse were to happen (a man does a favor for a woman). Why that is not entirely clear. It could be that women receive more favors on a whole than men are conditioned to overlook them, or perhaps it would be too great an exertion or misleading on her part to return all of them. It could also simply be female biology.

We are not in control of our deep subconscious desires. For example I can't control the way tits make me feel. I see them and part of my thought process stops. It's stupid but it's true.

Add to that that men have a similar dualistic sexual desire that women have. Some people call it the Madonna/whore complex. Similar to how a woman likes a beta male because of what he has to offer us, men like a slut for what she has to offer. Betas and sluts aren't liked for who they are but only what they give. Once they are unable or unwilling to give those things then their usefulness is gone as well.

The alpha and the girl next door, however, are desired for who they are. When a woman can present her value to a man for who she is then she moves past being seen as a thing of value and instead becomes a person of value.

Housework and cooking are ways of displaying this value and much like a nice set of tits they do weird things to our mind that we can't quite explain. So these kinds of things shouldn't be withheld until later because they are the way of displaying a much higher value and showing that you are worth committing to.

The reason that I do a little housework when I go over to my boyfriend's place is because it makes his life a little easier and makes me more pleasurable to have around (mostly on a subconscious level) This is the type of thinking and behavior that sets me apart from the hordes of other women after his tail.

It also gives him a chance to express gratitude and intimacy towards me which I like and I consider that in itself a reward.

Homemaking, when compared to sex, is a low-risk investment to increase your value. What do you have to lose from doing 15 minutes of chores? Practically nothing.
