Women have it easier by far.

In the sexual marketplace, women are held to much lower standards, especially non-beauty related ones. Flaws on women are either considered more tolerable (being annoying, lazy), mostly irrelevant (being uneducated, unambitious) or turned into virtues (being weak, submissive). However, many typical male characteristics are often considered a plus on a woman as well, as long as she does not cross too far into bitchy/bossy territory. Many submissive men would love a woman who took charge and lovingly dominates them.

To adress that topic: Yes, the standards are lower on women for long term relationships as well. I concede that there will be men who will only have casual sex with you, but if you go down one or two points in the x/10 scale, that issue typically disappears. "Guys sleep with me, but I just cannot get a relationship" is virtually always a sign that you are out of your league. If you realize and accept that getting sex from a 9/10 man does not entitle you to a relationship with him or similar men, you're all set.

Furthermore, women can much more easily profit financially or physically from their significant headstart and I'm not talking about straight-up prostitution, although that can also be viewed as a rather exclusive oppurtunity to gain money and even pleasure. Anyway, having a harem of male orbiters, either online or offline, is common nowadays and often yields goodies, trinkets, money, meals and more. Not to mention validation.

Then there's culpability, or rather, the lack thereof. Women can always blame others for any misfortune happening. The men they interact with are always assumed to be the responsible or guilty party. Unwanted pregnancy, pumping and dumping, drunk sex and breakups are striking examples. The man is usually at fault and has to deal with any consequences she throws in his way. Many times even supported by the law itself.

Lastly, being a slut is easy and actually becomes more and more acceptable every year. Getting oppurtunities for sexual satisfaction is easier for women than men. And slut shaming is actually a very tiny issue if you think about it, because its ramifications are honestly pretty minimal. Some people will smack talk. Just let them. Some men will not enter relationships or marry you. You could actually lie about it to alleviate the latter ramification, if you care to. It's also socially acceptable. Additionally, keep in mind that studs are not unanimously celebrated either, despite what many people want to make us believe. A male stud is frequently confronted with the accusation of "using" women, despite them sleeping with him of their own accord. Of course, he could care less, but so can the slut, when others run their mouth about her.

Women are the selectors, men are the selected. Women will always have the advantage in the sexual market place. However your post expands a bit by asking about a satisfying sex life which is different than having advantages in the sexual market overall. Quantity does not necessarily equate to satisfaction and the definition of satisfaction differs between genders and individuals so that's a much harder question to answer.

Women have a small advantage in the USA. A low-value man cannot legally have sex with a high-value woman without going to rural Nevada, while a low-value woman can have sex with a high value man by sending him a straightforward message on Facebook.

However, much of it is simply a set of different issues.

A man lives in the desert. There is very little water or food, and those who live by the oasis are strong enough to kill him. He must drink his own piss, and cut open cacti in order to survive. There are poisonous critters hiding in the sand, but most sand is just sand. He will get hallucinations from his lack of food and water, just so he does not have to face his own bleak reality. He has to build a shelter that will keep him from freezing to death at night, while also finding a way to stay cool during the day so he doesn't sweat his already low water supply out.

A woman lives in the jungle. Water is everywhere, but much of it is filled with parasites, so it has to be boiled before drinking. It rains all the time, so she is literally covered in water at times and it can get annoying. There are hundreds of predators hiding in the jungle foliage ready to devour her, and she also has to determine which animals and fruits aren't poisonous. The wrong food will make her hallucinate. She has to build a shelter to keep the water off of her, and also keep out the poisonous critters. It is hot all the time, but there is enough water to sweat.

A man can call a woman dumb for not appreciating the abundance of water and food, while a woman can call a man insensitive for not appreciating the lack of predators, but they both have their own problems. Their problems are different, but they are not better or worse, because individual experience is subjective, and varies in intensity by the individual.

Women - they can just set up a profile on some hookup site (often free of charge) and wait, their biggest task is too weed out the guys who don't meet their standards and the posers. Or they can visit swinger clubs (also free of charge for women) and get more different partners in a night than your average guy gets within years. And the kicker is - they don't even have to be attractive for that. Being DTF (and at least a bit kinky) and not being repulsive is enough.

So yeah, this totally beats what your average man can get.

It's a dirty, filthy feminist lie that women like sex as much as men do. Look at who consumes all the porn, or visits prostitutes, or looks for casual sex online, or dominates dating websites. Hint, they all have penises. Women have something they don't even like that much, on tap. Men are the stepped on street beggars.

This is one of those Red Pill ideas that I don't align with: neither gender has an advantage in achieving a "satisfying sex life".

Many Red Pill men fail to consider that even though woman technically have an easier time getting laid if getting laid is their only goal (e.g. they can spread their legs for any available erection) they often don't have the option to have sex with men they actually want so easily. The same goes for men. Yeah, they could get laid real easily if they go for an unattractive woman "below their league" but they don't.

The only particular group of people who have an easier time are "Beautiful People". Neither gender has an inherent advantage here.

I think the primary factor effecting this is actually sex ratio. Thusly it differs from place to place.

To highlight this I'll give an example. Due to biases in the justice system and the disproportionate number of African American men that enlist in the military there is a ratio of men to women that skews highly in the men's favor. Within this community men will simply have the better sex life as they will have more options and be a rarer 'commidity' (Commidification ftw). The same can be said for other unequal sex ratios (think Eastern Bloc).

The higher risk of sexual promiscuity puts women at a huge disadvantage as well imo.

When you get down to the details, neither. Think about it. Women can have it much easier if they drop their standards enough, but they don't, the same can be said about men. People want to have sex with attractive people and attractive people are in high demand but in low supply.

It depends. I'd say women have more options, but deal with more crap like harassment and such, especially for online dating.

One funny story. So, anytime I went on a date with someone from plenty of fish, I had to know how the craziest stories of harassment and they all had them. So many penises. Hell, I was dating this girl at the time and she was still on pof at the time. So she was like, hey, some guy sent me a dick pic. And this is normal sadly with online dating, so many dick pics.

Also, I'll be honest, I've never been deterred by a false rape accusation. It's never really come up. Funny that.
