1: It depends on the woman. Different people are attracted to different things. I would assume that most women are more attracted to muscles than fat but excessive muscles can be as unattractive as excessive amounts of fat.

2&3: I believe that women are attracted to money in as much as if you're a beggar on the street they're unlikely to see you in a romantic setting. I believe that a small subsection of women see getting married to a rich person as an easy way to get rich but that is the vast minority. Most people want to get married to people of a similar (or slightly higher) class. I couldn't imagine marrying someone of a much higher class than me as we would have so little in common. If by 'social status' you mean respect of your peers then there is often a lot of overlap between that and what is attractive as things that get you respected e.g. being helpful and honest are good things to have in a relationship.

4: I believe that as people get older, they mature. This holds for both men and women. They start thinking more about the long term than the short term. It is the difference between love and infatuation that is the main difference between LTRs that work and those that don't. When they're younger, women have sex (on average) with more people than when they're older. However, men do this too (on average). You're trying to work out what you like. What works for you. You have difficulties knowing who is trustworthy and who isn't. You don't fully understand what you can get out of a relationship and the full consequences of your actions. However, on average, they sleep with people of roughly the same age and status as them. They don't (typically) go for someone 10 years older than them. Most people go out with people who they've known for a while.

5:Not to most people. It depends on the circumstances, being polite doesn't mean you can't tell someone that you have an issue with them. Being Brash/direct doesn't mean you can't show basic courtesy like holding a door open. There is inevitably going to be a balance point between the two that works best for every person and for every person it will be different.

The way I've seen dread game used is basically saying have sex with me now or I leave you. I do not see that as being a healthy relationship to be in. In my experience of 30 years of dating, women of all ages are looking for a good man who will stick around. A small percentage are just looking for a hookup with no commitment, but the much more common scenario is they hook up with a guy hoping that it turns into something more.

Sometimes the guy turns out to either not have a good/compatible personality (which isn't evident until she gets to know him more) or he dumps her and she wonders why he didn't call her the next day.

Some more than others. Healthy lean muscle looks great on most people, but some women would prefer more bulk I'm sure.

Humans are highly socialized and social creatures. We are drawn to those who have a lot of social currency and power. Women are humans so yes they are attracted to wealth and status, although I wouldn't go as far to say it would preclude non-desirable traits in a person.

Some people will look at it that way, but i think it would be a small number. Most women I know wouldn't invest a ltr in a guy they were planning to dump soon. Mostly they are hoping/wanting things to work out.

And most women are attracted to men who can take care of themselves, because most PEOPLE understand that trying to build a family with a deadbeat isn't going to end well.

Some women especially love money, and put money as a priority, and we call these women "gold-diggers." This is not the average woman.

It should also be noted the more money a woman makes, the less of an importance she places on money in her mates. Money seems to be more of a phenomenon of PLANNING a future/family, not raw attraction.

Yes, most are. But it is also important to distinguish that the perception of social status varies from person to person. Not everyone is attracted to a CEO.

I believe Western PEOPLE fuck around when young and find a GOOD PARTNER when it's time to settle down. Mainly due to the fact that we as people recognize that when we are young, we are immature, don't know what we want, and don't always have the tools nor the experience to embark on a lifelong relationship. Young relationships are tumultuous and young-aged marriages have a poor success rate.

And hell, most men and women do want to enjoy a few years of freedom and experience life before becoming tied to a single person and a family.

No. I believe being confident and assertive is definitely attractive, but I also believe so is niceness and decency, minus a small group of women that are so damaged or naive or used to being treated terribly that they don't know how to appreciate niceness.

The problem with your typical Nice Guy is that he was never really nice, always chased the bad girls not interested in relationships expecting them to change, and was unattractive as an overall package.

I don't believe most women have ever turned a guy down because he was nice, but because of something else. Nice is one of those things that most people consider a given in mate-selection. It has never closed a door for a person, but never particularly opened it either because there is a ton of nice people in this world.

In one night stands, niceness especially isn't prioritized by some women because honestly, they could care less what your personality is. However, I also don't think it's "unattractive" or less attractive than being an asshole. I believe being nice and confident ultimately gets people more laid with more decent women, because the latter do filter people based on personality.

It is necessary to point out dread game has little to do with attraction. It has to do with tapping into someone's insecurity and fear of being alone or fear of severing an emotional investment (which is painful).

Will dread gaming a woman OR a man cause them to cling? Yes, if they are insecure and emotionally invested. But it does so at the cost of resentment, and eventually, resentment will exceed the fear of being alone, and the person will either dump you, or they will wait until they find something better and then dump you.

The best option is to be available while at the same time being assertive enough so that your needs and concerns in a relationship are met.

I think these are all generalizations and are only useful to someone seeking to marginalize women. I've met countless exceptions to each one of those, and if someone clings to these misconceptions then they have no concept of reality.

I don't believe women function as one unit. I think they're made up of individuals with individual wants and needs.

They are one of the many things women can be attracted to. I don't think women are attracted to them in quite the same way a lot of Red Pill men think they are. You could equally ask "Are men attracted to long hair?" There's a lot of evidence that many men are, but that doesn't mean that one should grow one's hair as long as it can possibly grow no matter how ratty it ends up looking at the ends or how inconvenient it is, or forgo an extremely flattering and convenient short style.

Women often have a strong narrative sense about their attractions. They see a little story happening with a couple in it. Could be an epic romance, could just be the story of a weekend away. The stories of rich people are different to the stories of poor people.

A lot of BPs and PPs (who are actually relatively reasonable BPs) think that under RP theory, a man with 101 dollars in his wallet will steal all women from guys who have 100 dollars. I wish I was making this a strawman, but I've seen the crowd here pull out absolutely insane ideas from simple words ."Women use their sex appeal to get stuff" translates "do you seriously believe that there is an all out feminist conspiracy to enslave men with their vaginas" in their simple minds.

This is simply based on some biological approximations (biological as in not really universal in all women, approximations as not really understood why it happens, and only partially understood how it happens) that are then contrasted around empirical observations (either from first hand experience, or second hand - either by mass media or peers). Then you formulate a theory. You apply this theory and if you find it works generally as the concrete dating game and individual complexities are far too intricate to explain properly. To clarify, suppose I had a super hot, big breasted, young blond who knows how to cook and loves having sex and ten men in an experiment. Suppose I found that 9 men are attracted to her, and that one man is gay and would rather discuss boys with her. Would I then rightly say "Men being attracted to women is a 'biotruth' - a nasty lie that wants to use biology as its justification and used by variety of people - racists,misogynists,etc" because one man I picked happened to be gay?

If I had told that from my experience, even someone who is not muscular can get women, admitting that I have only a tangential idea of how that someone got women (perhaps he had a charming personality or something, I dunno) means that women are not inherently and generally attracted to well toned people, would I be making a valid conclusion?

dread game

Depending on what you mean by effective, yes. Dread game is inherently rooted in psychological principles of alternating carrot/stick sanctions (mechanisms of social control) and refination of it can be very useful if you simply want sex. Dread game is made to explicitly be not abusive, and any sticks are simply withdrawals of attention, while carrots are showers of attention - all which cannot, for the love of God, be considered a form of mental and physical abuse. Any more and it stops being dread game, and goes more into real abuse. Dread game is so that the one being "dreaded" is always free to leave whenever she wants, and is always willingly being "dreaded".

To clarify if it's effective in maintaining a valid relationship, it's not. Any girl who falls under it, either do to "tee hee, I was young (20s), he was bad boy, he used me" or "he loves me, I swear he loves me" is not someone I would be in a marriage with. Former tells you about someone who lacks responsibility, and latter tells you about someone who lacks the proper ability to make sensible choices. Both are deadly.

A common motto of TRP, and one that is actually grounded somewhere, but lacks proper refination. TRP does not concern itself with the theoretical refinations, but only with pragmatic solutions - as seen in the whole Alpha/Beta post somewhere here.

Society works on inhibiting sexual freedom - for now, we're not going to concern ourselves on why and why it's a good thing, I'll do this later in my post . If you find this tyrannical, then you have the problem of institution of marriage as well. Historically, marriage was a legal institution that bound a man and a woman together and inhibited their sexual freedom in the form of family. Punishments against this transgressions were severe, and they were found in any civilization that achieved any greatness - a whole third of the Hammurabi Code is devoted to this in particular, from adultery to paternity. It was found then that this concept of family is actually quite good for developing societies. It gives a superior upbringing, and if you need statistics to back that up, just say so.

Then when marriage stopped being "legal" (no more adultery being stoned, or no fault divorce legalized), both men and women found themselves shamed by society (other men and women) to inhibit their sexual freedom. Why is this so? And furthermore, why is it that women do the most of slut shaming feminists are so eager to blame white men for? Because promiscuity in females is seen badly by men. Men love fucking sluts, but don't want to bring them home to mother.

When the societal check, i.e., shaming is removed, and instead such behaviour is encouraged, either by your friends or the cool muscular jocks who want to ride every girl ever (cock carousel without willing cocks is a no carousel at all, men do have a lot of blame in this), a lot of girls will want to indulge in this. Have fun while they're young, settle down with Prince Charming the CEO billionaire professional athlete while in their 30s. A lot of men want this as well, have fun while they're young, settle down with Disney Princess the Supermodel culinary expert.

But, now we have a problem. In casual hook up culture, Prince Charming the CEO billionaire professional athlete will not want to settle down with an aging, "had her fun" woman. Why go for her when you have hotter and younger women at your fingertips - you've proven to be sexually attractive enough to chose? Again, from my hyperbolic Prince, you must understand that there will always be exceptions, the outliers necessary for statistics, but the general idea is the same.

Now this woman, will now have a choice of dying alone, or settling down for someone more reliable. And indeed she does. And how do they react to it?.

So yeah, they do fuck around and then look for more reliable partner. Men do too.

I would argue this is a false dilemma. It's possible to be direct and polite, or to insult somebody without being direct and brash.

Once again, a false dilemma. Being 100% available all the time is usually not very good (usually called clingy when a girl does it) but there are other options then intentionally playing with people by being nice sometimes and dick other times.

I think that dating/hookups/etc should be kind of like a duet. Two individual parts work together to do something that couldn't be done by one part alone. It isn't a matter of being 100% available, or of being a dick intentionally, rather both sides feel out the situation and mirror the interest of the other, working together to produce something (sex, dating, etc).
