I have seen the path

Every now and then, someone here writes about his all new discovery of TRP or the manosphere in general, how he has devoured the required reading on the sidebar and other top posts in the past few days, and how he is now entering a stage of enlightenment, willing to share his new-found "wisdom" with his new-found "brothers."

Let me tell you that this position is nothing but a crock of shit. Just as you need time to aquire information, you also need time to process and implement that information. Reading 10 threads in a row non-stop will overload your brain with information, where the brain will face difficulty trying to understand, conceptualize and compartmentalize all that you have bombarded it with.

Take your time young jedi

The most important first step for you as a newcomer is to read the sidebar. Read it slowly, methodically; there is no rush and no need for you to understand all of the concepts in a short span of time. Read only 2 sidebar bulletins tops, maybe one of the top posts of all time also, and ponder them over the next 3 days. Maybe even revisit these very 3 threads again. This would not only be enough time to reflect upon what you have read, but also give you the space to view your own life through the new lens which you have aquired.

Example: I read a field report about a guy succesfully gaming a girl he knows when they were in a club setting. He wrote in detail about the signals the girl was sending. I read the OP, read the interesting commentary, reflected upon it, and that was that. A few days later, this damn feeling of heureka came over me: "Shit! This girl at a party was giving me signals all the time!! Fucking hell how could I have missed that!!!" I understood the signals, reflected upon them in my own life's experience, and made sure this terrible act didn't repeat itself next time.

I started viewing my own life with the material I learned in TRP, making adjustments, also slowly and methodically.

Give yourself some time to have these heureka-moments.
