I'll try to keep this somewhat short because I read too many essays on this sub.

I used to be beta as fuck. I was paralyzed by oneitis in a LTR about two years ago from today. I still remember the brunt of it: waking up every morning checking to see if she made an Insta post, scrolling all through the likes on it, feeling my stomach drop into my ball sack when I see Chad's name, being huffy and puffy to her about Chad, then tracking her location on iMessage all day to make sure she wasn't cheating. Day in and day fucking out. I've got a feeling a lot of you know what that's like.

We broke up eventually, my alcoholism and drug abuse spiraled out of control, and I hit rock bottom. Long story short, I was forced to take measures to rebuild my life. That's when I discovered TRP. All I did was read, read, read, read, read... and read. No action. Slowly I started to practice a few of the things I was reading, like frame control, setting goals, and working out.

The first thing TRP inspired me to do was get sober. As of today I am 533 days sober from all illicit drugs and alcohol. I started training to be a jeweler. Got DCA certified and now I work full time as a jewelry consultant. I became financially literate, started saving, started investing. Got in shape, lost about 50lbs in fat and put on some nice muscle by lifting. Last semester I went back to school (I dropped out after ex and I broke up). Guess what? I am a double major (Mathematics and Political Science) and made both of my Dean's Lists. All the while working full time and most importantly, improving myself.

I am not trying to brag. I want to show you people the power of true belief. The raw impact of truly subscribing to a positive and mission-oriented way of life. All I ever needed was something to help me open my eyes to the truth, the truth being I am an unbreakable pillar of strength and spirit. Once I did that, all that was left was to put in the work. Funny how putting in the work becomes a lot fucking easier once you know what you're working for.

What inspired me to post this was something that transpired about a week ago. When I first started my job, I worked with a cute HB8 who flirted with me often but never was truly interested in having sex because I was, quite frankly, lame. Plus, she was my coworker and that's automatically a big no-no. But I remember thinking to myself roughly a year ago, just wait farminggil, she will want your dick soon enough. You just need to stay on your mission. About 6 months ago she left the job and is employed somewhere else now.

Guess who hit me up on New Years' Eve? Her. I opened her Snapchat text message and it read, literally, "We should have sex." I laughed to myself and pushed her away, knowing she was shitfaced (remember, I don't drink). The next day, she let me know she was being serious since we aren't coworkers anymore. I told her I'm free on Sunday, let's chill on campus. She apologized later, saying "I'm on my period actually, I'm so sorry, but tbh you can still fuck me if that doesn't gross you out. Or if not I'll gladly just suck your dick." Come Sunday, she picked me up in her car (car problems), and we drove to campus. Before I knew it I was fucking her brains out, in her car, in an empty parking lot.

I was right. I was right not because I THOUGHT I was going to make it happen, but because I KNEW I was going to make it happen. That's the thing with this TRP stuff, once you KNOW you're gonna make it happen, there's nothing left to do except work. It doesn't even require conscious decision making once you know, it's just a no-brainer.

I still have so much to improve on. I recently stopped lifting for about 2 months, and I'm done with that shit. Gotta get back to the grind. I need to improve on my reckless spending habit. I don't just need to, I WANT to. To all the skeptics, there's a point where you just have to take action. That's when the real benefits start coming in. Once you do that, there will be no more doubts. Any doubt you had will be replaced by beautiful certainty.

I want to thank this community for motivating me to take the right path in life, and always reminding me to stay on the right path in life. This place is fucking dope.

Thanks for reading.

Edit: changed days sober, apparently I can't count
