They are not ever going to put all this disinformation to rest. Meanwhile in the real world I have yet to ever see one job that pays more to white men, all other things being equal. In fact I have personally walked away from several STEM positions in the past that offered more to new workers for not being white and male. I successfully sued one of them and won.
