For starters many of these theories are actually hypothesis which have reports for being false as much as there’s evidence for being true

Next, the redpill is really about control in relationships. It is my believe that many redpillers are guys who have a history of being hurt by women. Whether it’s the guy whose gf cheated on him or the 20 year old virgin who can’t understand why women don’t find him attractive. This hurt sucks, I know cuz I’ve felt it. The red pill uses this and flips it on its head. It’s a revenge plot. One girl/s hurt me so I’m going to manipulate every girl in the future. If I’m the one dishing out the hurt then I can’t be hurt. Right?? It’s an unhealthy way of dealing with the uncertainty of relationships

The red pill regularly asserts it's claims without evidence. That which is asserted without evidence is dismissible without evidence.

If you want to come at me with specific claims to debunk though, sure I'm more than happy to do that.

I think the fact that redpill is often inconsistent with itself shows that it's not true. Not to mention that anytime there are scientific studies mentioned, they are always misread and taken out of context.

Right firstly any group claiming to have " the cold hard truth that very few people choose to see or acknowledge " is bullshit. That's the same nonsense that Qanon is built from, and pnsi schemes, pyramid schemes, cults, etc etc. You like those theories (which have not stood up to scientific rigor, they just sound plausible) and they make you personally feel smarter than other people so they are appealing. That's how this shit works.

Humans may be divided along gender lines but we are all people. If the redpill theories on women were realistic then men would also have to conform to the same idea of a blob of stereotypes. But we accept they don't, hell this entire post is about looking at men as free thinkers and how we can exploit a system constructed on women being beings with little agency or individuality. Like can you see how that's nonsense and basically disproves the entire red pill?

Or to put that another way, for the red pill theories to be real, FDS theories would be just as likely. People are people, they're all different with different life experiences and incredibly difficult to truly categorise. If you don't sit there and accept that you operate exactly the same as all other men with no real diversity of thought, then sitting there and thinking that of women is nonsense. Does that help you understand how lame you sound?

What is the red pill? It’s just a collection of ideas, not everyone who preaches red pill agrees with eachother, not everything is wrong either, but not everything is right. If you dogmatically believe everything you hear just because someone smarter than you made it sound believable, that’s not the smartest way to collect ideas. You can learn things from the manosphere, but take everything you hear with a pinch of salt. try to debunk ideas yourself, don’t be lazy and ask other people to do the work of debunking for you, challenge every idea you hear, scrutinise it to the max, then decide for yourself what info is reliable and what should be discarded.

Remember that there are no hard and fast rules to life and relationships, only guidelines. Trends exist and can be observed in real life, but people are diverse and forever changing and growing, what works with one person doesn’t work with another, what works with one person now might not work with them next year. Stats can be very misleading and do little to explain diversity and nuance

The issue is that it’s missing the point. It assume that to be happy you have to maximise your reproductive capacity, defeat other men, and have constant meaningless sex with people you don’t really care about.

When men are younger they often think they want these things. As you get older, you realise the things that matter are a deep and growing connection, cuddles, time spent and real love. The red pill will help you trick women into bed. It won’t get you what you really need.

Well alongside of it being misogynistic, it's contradictory to almost entire field of psychology, where it views women as some mindless automatons and completely delegitemizes their human experience. As for all the other stuff:

AF/BB - Generic archetypes of what some people think men should (not) look like. It's very context reliant. For example, in ancient Greece, it was "alpha" for men to cry and to let women be the sexual aggressors. Before the term "alpha" was put into modern use and given the connotation similar to the behaviors of a pack animal, "alpha" was just considered a holistically good person: confident, assertive, social, sexually accomplished but viewed all of their sexual partners as people, and KIND.

As for the evo concepts - we don't structure our social behavior based on misrepresented evolutionary principles, at least not since Hitler. We are completely capable of resisting our base animal instincts in favor of creating a functional society. The evidence against this as well as hypergamy are all the women who haven't left or cheated for a man of higher social status, all the asexual or gay women, women who want to focus on their career and not relationships, women who don't want children or marriage etc.

Pareto principle - this one is kinda true but the characteristics that put you in the 20% are not inherently physical appearance and such, and more of confidence and personality. This is empirically proven by all of us knowing at least one not so attractive person with not much money having a girlfriend or getting laid.

I know red pillers who can get women & have sex with them, but they haven’t found one they can control yet so it sends them on an anti women campaign. Many are desperate to go back to times where women had no choices & autonomy.
